According to Mark, the question hadn't been answered by the writers. I guess, we just have to wait for the writers if Justin is gay or not.

It is so great to see once more some new great GLBT characters on the television. The evil henchman of Wilhelmina Slater, Mark St. James, (Michael Urie) and how about Daniel Meade's (Eric Mabius) dead brother Alex Meade resurface as transgendered named Alexis Meade (Rebecca Romijn).
Anyway, I can't wait to see Mark Indelicato's character develop.
